- WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY: Warranty will be covered under the manufacturers standard warranty or unless otherwise specified. IT Device does not deal with warranty and the manufacturer is the point of contact. All costs with return and delivery will be borne by the buyer.
- DISPATCH: items will be dispatched between 1 to 10 working days, pending on stock availability, and suppliers stock availability. Buyers will be notified if unforeseen circumstance arises.
- DELIVERY: please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after items are sent. Excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with Australia Registered Post or Courier services where appropriate.
- DELIVERED ITEMS: IT Device is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any items.
- TITLE AND RISK: All risk and title in the Goods will pass to you at the time the Goods are dispatch to the nominated delivery address. IT Device undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but IT Device will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods in transit.
- RETURNS POLICY: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the Goods and notify IT Device of any defects (as defined by the manufacturer's warranty). IT Device will replace the defective Goods if it is notified of the defect within 7 days from the date of delivery.
IT Device is not responsible for any warranty service if it is not notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. In that event, you must direct all claims for warranty service to the manufacturer.
Please choose your purchase carefully. IT Device does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be provided if IT Device cannot replace a defective Good.
